        Weifang yadong metallurgical equipment Co., Ltd. ,whose predecessor is weifang XingHe crystallizer Co., Ltd. specializes in producing electroslag furnace and crystallizer in metallurgical equipment manufacturing industry, it belongs to high-new technology enterprise , the factory was set up in 1984, covers an area of 82,000 square meters and the building area of 12,000 square meters, and owns three subordinate manufacturing base. The enterprise’s Registered capital is RMB 11.8 million yuan, the fixed assets value is 16.50 million yuan, and there are 186 employees at present.      

       Our company has high professional degree , advanced production equipment, outstanding industry characteristics and strong innovation ability in electroslag furnace and casting mold metallurgical equipment manufacturing industry .

       The company possesses main equipments 80 sets, including: plasma cutting machine, CNC cutting machine, cutting machine, polishing-edge, lathe, planer, milling machine, drilling machine, automatic argon arc welding machine, semi-auto gas shielded welding, ac/dc arc welding machine, welding machine, electric displacement far infrared heater, hydrostatic tester, X-ray testing machine etc.. electroslag furnace annual production is 40 sets,all kinds of casting molds annual production is 1600 sets . Sales markets have spreaded all over of China except yunnan, xinjiang, hainan, provinces, The domestic market share of casting mold reaches more than 60%. Our electroslag remelting moulds  have been exported to Taiwan,korea , India and other countries many times.  

         Our products and process technology have successivelywon the third prize of the national Spark Program one item, the first prize of Provincial science and technology progress prize two items and second prize two items and third prize one time. Provincial spark program first prize one item. three products are recognized as national level new products by the state ministry of science and technology and national technical supervision bureau in China.

        Our company has 8 technology patents with independent intellectual property rights and 15 independent research technical achievements, all of these professions and achievements have been changed into the actual productivity, which greatly improved the company's products and technology level.

        From 2005 to 2009, the two international standards of electroslag remelting furnace (IEC)and three national standards of electroslag furnace and casting mold that our company participated in drawing up have been approved to issue and implement. And have won the first prize of the Chinese mechanical engineering society and the China machinery industry federation and the second prize of innovation barnabus of the state quality inspection administration and national standards committee

        Participate in drawing up two international standards “IEC60779:2005 ", "IEC60519:2005".

 Participate in drawing up three national standard " electroslag remelting furnace test methods", " electroslag remelting furnace safety requirements", " electroslag remelting casting mold " .All the standards have been issued and implemented.
